We offer FREE fast delivery on all bed orders across most UK mainland postcodes. Once your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. You'll receive updates before your delivery so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Delivery is unavailable for AB, DD, TR, GY, JE, IM, ZE, KW, IV , The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Island, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles , Scottish Islands and Isle of Wight.
To make your experience as easy as possible, we include FREE professional bed assembly with every bed order where available. Our experienced team will assemble your new bed quickly and safely before leaving.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
