Beds By Saxon is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All our beds are made to order and we use a reliable manufacturer in the UK. The beds are delivered direct by the manufacturer to reduce costs.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Beds By Saxon reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Beds By Saxon confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Beds By Saxon may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices on the website are shown in [GBP] and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Beds By Saxon reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our website.
4.4 Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.
5.2 We will notify you of your expected delivery window after your order is processed.
5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure access to the delivery address and that items will fit through doors, hallways, and staircases.
5.4 Failed deliveries due to customer inaccessibility may incur additional charges.
5.5 It is your responsibility to check the bed is not damaged when receiving the order and not to accepting the delivery if damaged.
5.6 We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
5.7 We are not responsible for any damages that occur to your property when delivering or Assembling your beds.

6. Cancellations

6.1 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been dispatched or manufactured.*
6.2 Custom or made-to-order beds cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Returns and Refunds

All made-to-order products purchased from Beds By Saxon are created specifically to your chosen specifications, including size, style, fabric, colour and any additional custom features. Because these items are manufactured uniquely for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances once the order has been placed. By submitting your order, you confirm that all details, measurements and selections are correct and that you understand the conditions of a made-to-order purchase.

Production begins shortly after your order is received, and materials are allocated immediately. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to supplier schedules or unforeseen delays. These timescales do not form a guaranteed delivery deadline or a contractual obligation. You are responsible for ensuring that the product will fit through all access points at the delivery address, including doorways, stairs, lifts and hallways. Failed deliveries caused by access restrictions may result in additional fees.

Beds By Saxon ensures that all products are crafted to a high standard; however, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to the nature of materials and screen displays, and such variations do not qualify as defects. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement where appropriate. Normal wear, natural material variations and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

8.1 Please inspect your items upon delivery and not accept delivery if damaged
8.2 If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
8.3 We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

9. Warranty

9.1 All beds and products sold by Beds By Saxon include a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
9.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or commercial use.

10. Website Use

10.1 All content on our website—including images, text, branding, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Beds By Saxon and our suppliers.
10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Beds By Saxon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
11.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
